**Job Summary:**

We are seeking enthusiastic Camp Counselors to join our team for an upcoming summer camp program. Camp Counselors will be responsible for supervising and engaging campers in various activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

**Duties:**

- Lead and participate in recreational activities such as sports, arts and crafts, nature walks, and team-building exercises

- Supervise campers during meals, field trips, and other scheduled activities

- Provide guidance and support to campers to promote positive behavior and social interactions

- Assist in planning and organizing daily schedules and special events

- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times

**Requirements:**

- Previous experience in childcare, teaching or working with students

- Knowledge or experience in classroom management is a plus

- Ability to manage behavior effectively and create a positive environment for students and campers

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting

- Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred

- Understanding of childhood development principles is beneficial
